This small, round, dark purple berry is supposed to be healthier than any other food in the world.

Since there are many brands of acai berry juice on the market, one needs to be aware of what to look for in the acai berry juice. First you have to look to see how much acai is in the juice and then you also need to know how the manufacturer of the juice put the acai in the juice. The acai berry itself has a short life and goes bad soon after picked.

Most people know that the acai berry is a very strong antioxidant. Some research even claims that the acai berry is the strongest antioxidant around. By drinking good acai berry juice, you can be sure that the body gets enough antioxidants to remain healthy and strong.
