You may be asking yourself: Is it possible to increase my height? The answer is yes! There are several ways to grow taller. We will go over some of them here. Most of the techniques to become taller involve stretching and exercise. Knowing the right foods to eat and possibly taking the right supplements can help, too.

High intensity anaerobic exercises are one of the keys to growing taller. These are exercises like swimming and cycling. Not only that, but stretching exercises are the most beneficial to gaining height.

Strengthening the muscles that support the spine will help you to gain some additional height. This should be one of your primary areas of focus. Developing these muscles are key factors in lengthening your spine.

By making your workouts intense, growth hormones will be released in your body. These can really be a benefit to growing taller. At the same time you will be losing weight, getting into better shape and increasing your metabolism. It is very important to try to stick to that goal.

Additionally, there are certain supplements you can take that will help aid in growing taller. Not all of them do, so some research would be in order before purchasing them.

Human growth hormone stimulators will also aid in growing taller. These are different amino acids that will help your pituatary gland into making more human growth hormones. The side effects are negative to this method, but the drawback is that it generally only works for those under 30.

One method of gaining height, that is not done in the US, is limb lengthening. This is a surgical procedure with high costs and lots of pain. There are also chances for infection. It will allow you to grow very tall, though the height is gained in the legs only.

Combining a couple of the methods above are your best chances of growing taller. These would be the exercise and stretching with taking the right supplements. So, is it possible to increase your height? Yes, but remember, that it will take effort and time. For some, the effort is well worth it!
